Even though Dark Souls 3 is not yet released in Europe, Jung Ho Min in the far east was able to complete the game in only 102 minutes.
Dark Souls 3 is the longest game in the series, and according to the first speedrun, it's more challenging than previous releases. For the sake or comparison, we should mention that first two releases were completed in under an hour.
According to Speedrun.com, first Dark Souls was completed in 46 minutes and 25 seconds, the second release was completed in 54 minutes and 5 seconds, with Bloodborne being the shortest at 35 minutes and 41 seconds. These records were made with the current game versions, with no glitches that would enable skipping a great part of the game.
Current speed record for the Dark Souls 3 is 102 minutes. Entire speedrun was recorded, but because it contains spoilers, you shouldn't watch it if you care to find out all about the story on your own.
